To qualify for the $200 referral reward, the person you refer must submit this official referral form before their scheduled estimate takes place.

After their project is fully completed, Old Cap Coatings will mail you a $200 check. Checks are issued once the project is paid in full. You’re welcome to submit multiple referrals, and you will receive a reward for each qualifying project.

Please note that referral submissions received after a project has been completed are not eligible for payment.
